Each of our jewels is handmade, in some cases the processing may take up to 15 working days.
After your order we will send you a confirmation email.

Prices

The prices of our jewelry are always indicated in euros (€) and include VAT and packaging.

Shipping costs will be calculated separately, based on the shipping destination.
Within the European Community there are no customs duties, whereas for non-EU countries, any customs procedure will be charged to the recipient.

While we reserve the right to change the prices of our products, we guarantee that the price indicated at the time of order will be maintained.

Guarantees

Each of our jewels is handmade with manual techniques. The differences between one piece and another and any slight irregularities are an added value.

Payment

Payment is due in Euros (€) by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer.

Terms of service

Your use or access to the site implies your acceptance of the terms set out by us.

Responsibility

Lumina declines all responsibility for any damage caused by the navigation of our site. The customer is responsible for the correct use of personal and confidential data, including bank accounts.

Although the site will be updated regularly, inaccuracies may occur. We therefore advise our customers to contact us.

Registration

If you decide to register to buy on our e-commerce we advise you to submit true and accurate information. Registration is only allowed for individuals over 18 years of age.

Copyright

All visual and textual content of the site, including the logo and the domain, are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. You are not authorized to download, reproduce, copy, sell, exploit or alter these contents without a formal request and subsequent written authorization.

Returns Policy

Each of our jewels is made by hand, employing handmade techniques in master workshops in Rome. The differences between one piece and another and any slight irregularities do not represent a manufacturing defect but are an added value.
Prior to shipping, we check each item carefully to ensure its quality and integrity.

Our products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
According to D. lgs. 185/1999, to exercise your right of return you will provide inequivocal, written and legally valid notification by filling in the following form - DOWNLOAD - and posting it to Lumina Design S.r.l. via Lorenzo Valla 40 A, 00152 Rome, Italy, or by e-mail to info@lumina-gioielli.it.

Please contact us before returning an item.

In order to exercise qualify for return:

- the jewelry must not have been used or damaged and must be in perfect condition.
- the jewelry must be returned in their original packaging, including receipt/invoice.

According to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, return is not permitted for personalised or made-to-order jewellery.

Measures

To help you choose the exact size, our shop provides an international size table. Please check your size before making your purchase.

Refund

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for damage or theft of goods before they are back in our possession. We therefore advise you to contact a trusted courier for shipping.

After verifying the integrity of the returned products, we will contact you within 48 hours (excluding holidays) and issue a refund within 14 days of confirmation by email.

Repairs

For modifications or repairs of your jewel, please contact us personally.

SHIPPING

Lumina ships products locally and internationally.
To offer you the best service we use UPS.
Subsequent to confirmation of your order, we will email you with the shipping code and details.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, and will be indicated at the time of order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be applied automatically at the time of purchase.

Customs charges

Customs duties and charges may vary depending on the country of destination. Any such costs are excluded from the sales price, and remain the responsibility of the customer, together with the responsibility to verify their applicability before making the purchase.

Liability

Lumina is not liable if the products purchased do not comply with the legislation of non-European countries.
Furthermore, Lumina is not liable for any delays caused by customs controls.
The property and all related risks pass to the customer upon delivery.
